Q: What is email2mail service?

It's a service that allows you to send photos and letters from anywhere around the world to any postal address in Ukraine from your PC.

Q: What is the Stamp, and how does it work?

Before you post a letter, We asks you to buy a strip of 10, 20 (plus 2 extra), 30 (plus 4 extra) stamps which you pay for using our srvice. Each book of stamps has a special number - order number that you type in when you want to send a letter. After you have used the token stamps, you can buy a new one.

Q: What do your letters like?

We use plain white envelopes DL or C5 and A4 paper for our letters, and print a small email2mail.com.ua logo on the front of the envelope along with the destination address and the return address (if provided).

The photos will be printed at high-end Konica digital photo lab. The available size of the photo: 10x15 cm, 13x27 cm, 15x20 cm, 20x30 cm, 20x30 cm, 20x45 cm. There is a size limit for the file - it should be up to 200k.

Q: Will your service allow me to type my letter using Cyrillic?

Yes we do. Our service supports the Cyrillic character set.

Q: How long can the letter be?

We aim to fit the text of your letter on a 1 up to 4 sheets of paper (US Letter or ISO A4). If you type text into the box provided so that it fits without using the scroll bars at the sides, then everything should work well.

Q: Do the stamps go out of date?

There is no time validity for the stamps.

Q: I have forgotten my stamp number - how can I find out what it is?

Send an email message to support@email2mail.com.ua quoting the email address you used this www.2checkout.com We will then send you the stamp number by return email.

Q: How private is it?

We don't read your letters. The system checks the text regarding our privacy policy (update is comming soon).

Q: How much time after you have received my letter will it be printed and posted?

We provide same day posting if your letter will be received from 8.00
AM till 7.00 PM or 19.00 local time, otherwise the letter will posted
next day.

Q: When a picture is included?

We provide next day posting if there is a picture included. It takes 1
working day to get picture(s) done.

Q: How many days for my letter to arrive in Lviv?

It will takes up to 3 days for your letter to get to Lviv. The average
delivery time over Ukraine is up to 3 days. We do send all letters
from Kiev with "priority mail" mark.
